Hello,

my Fitbit Versa has not been tracking my calories correctly. It’s been several weeks now. Can I get some help on fixing this? The last time it tracked it correctly was March 22, 2019

Check that your weight is entered as something reasonable.

That's not enough information for anybody to go on to suggest any help.

Why do you think calories are wrong?

Does it seem to be tracking other data correctly?

I always burn from 2,000-3,000 a day and now it’s only logging 700 per day. It’s not accurate Edie silly when I go to the gym at orange theory. My work outs and steps have always remained the same. For whatever reason my calories are at 700 a day that’s not accurate. It’s broken.
