Fitbit Versa not turning back on

Hi Everyone

i was wondering if anyone has had problems with there Fitbit versa not turning back on. I shut it down to reboot it as wouldn’t do my counting of steps right this morning. When I shut it down it won’t turn back on. Can anyone help.??

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I have tried and I still have a blank screen. This is the first time it has happened to me. I  sonlost without it.
