Hello,
My wife bought a Fitbit versa a few months ago and all of a sudden the fit bit stopped syncing with her phone’s app and the time was always 4 hours off. The heart rate monitor was off and was not displaying her correct heart rate. The versa stopped recognizing when it was placed on the charger as well. I’ve look around the community’s forum and saw that people were having similar issues with this product. I’m in need of information to possibly start the process of utilizing the warranty for this device. Please help.

Hi @Brinaaro29 I assume younjave restarted the Versa several times? If that didnt/doesnt help then please come back here.
