Fitbit Versa notification not working.

I am using my fitbit versa with Redmi K20pro. In the notification section, on the top of the screen, it shows "Notification service not working. Restart is required to re-enable the notification on your tracker. " In a red box. I tried rebooting my phone several time but it didn't work for me. I then reinstalled the app, then it work properly  for one time but after that again the same message shows up. Please help me out of this problem.

Do you have the versa 2?  I have not been getting notifications (text only) for a week and a half.  I have tried everything in the troubleshooting section, had a live chat, and just ended a call to escalate the issue.  I actually just set my watch back to factory settings and it still doesn't work for text notifications.They said they are working on an update.  My husband has the same phone as me, but an Ionic.  He isn't having problems with his phone.

Piyush, your phone is not on the list of Approved Devices.
