Fitbit Versa only sync steps not exercise or sleep

Hello, My versa has not fully synced since August 14th and every time I try only the steps show up. I have read forums and done the following multiple times: -Restarted FitBit Versa -Uninstalled and reinstalled Fit Bit App -Turned bluetooth off on my phone and back on again -Unpaired and repaired Versa to phone -Restarted phone and checked for updates My phone is Samsung Galaxy S7. I usually used the workout function to track my heartbeat and time my workout for calories burned. This not syncing in Fit Bit also causes it to nkt sync with My Fitness Pal. Please help. Thank you!

I can't help with the exercise part, but for the Sleep issue, what's your "Sleep Setting" set to?  Have you tried switching it from "normal" to "sensitive" or vice versa?
