My fitbit versa just stopped responding. Screen went black and wasn't connecting to the app. At the time it went black the app showed about 30% battery too. I've tried restarting and charging and still no response on the watch. I got the watch for Christmas and this happened in April. Just under 4 months later.
Please help!

@sallyhamilton21 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning its display on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you plug it in the charger. Also, have you tried other USB ports in order to charge your Versa? This information will help me to assist you accordingly.
Looking forward to your response!

Yes. I also used a pug straight into socket with my charger and when I removed the Fitbit it displayed 100%. Now the display comes on but it does not display pulse and nothing happens when I touch the screen. The screen changes when I push the buttons but nothing happens when I touch the face of the watch.

@FV1 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Since your Versa doesn't turn on when touching the screen, please restart it as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally.
After restarting your Versa, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit , not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
