Fitbit Versa screen losing colour

Hi, the colour on my fitbit versa screen has gone weird.  Like its losing colour.  When I click it on initially it's ok but then it goes grey.

I've only had my Versa 4-5 months.

Ive tried turning off and then on again but the screens still not working right.

Any ideas?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you've experienced with your Fitbit Versa screen. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue by turning off and on your device. I recommend restarting your watch and changing a clock face. The article to restart the device may contain the steps you tried already, but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
