Hi, I've had my versa a little over 12 months. I used it in the pool for the first time last week and the screen hasn't worked since. I have tried holding all buttons for 12 seconds and back button for 8 seconds but it won't resolve. I get a vibration but no Fitbit logo. Any suggestions please?
