Fitbit Versa showing old notifications

I bought my Fitbit versa 2 weeks ago, everything was cool, until 4 days ago that keeps showing me old notification from whatssap, I cleared them all and still showing there, is annoying and I don't know how to fix this. I have a Samsung 8.

Hi, restart your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. After that notifications should be cleared.

i had this issue with the versa lite (so only one button) held down to restart and worked for me too!
