My fitbit Versa keeps shutting down during workouts. I have stopped using that functionality, but even when I don't start the workout function, my will restart in the middle of working out. I am very frustrated. Yes, I have restarted it multiple times by pressing the buttons on the side. It doesn't seem to fix if for the long term.

Thanks for bringing this up. I will be moving your thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case, I'd like to ask some questions to better understand:

  • Could you explain exactly what is going on? How does it shut down? Does it turn straight off or does it restart?
  • Does it happen when you manually set a workout or only when you are physically working out?
