Try restarting it several times and leave it on charge for a couple of hours. If that doesnt wake it up try a factory reset (see below). If that doesnt do it then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

Restart your tracker

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

I've been reading a lot of posts about the Versa not coming back on. I got mine at the end off May. Two days  ago I noticed my screen was black and would not  turn on. I thought  the  battery died so I put It on the charger. I've tried the buttons press and holds and nothing. Has there been any resolution or than buying a Samsung watch? My family paid $200 for this as my birthday gift. Flushing that amount of money just to switch to another company's product is crazy. I wish I had thought to  check thee user forums beforehand! Is the company replacing them for those of us who are having these problems?

UPDATE

I contacted support and did everything they said to do. They have been very responsive, quick to troubleshoot, and are sending me a replacement tracker. I have to say their customer service team is one of the best I've had to deal with. My faith has been restored! Hopefully I won't have the same problem with this one!

Great to see you around @bigstevenbri@ranuu and @NellyG thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this. @ranuu, it's great to hear that you have contacted our support team and that you will be receiving a new unit. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up.

Now @bigstevenbri, since the instructions provided didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Keep me posted. Smiley Happy
