Hi there!
My fitbit versa ran out of battery today at 4pm so I put it on charge as normal. I went to get my watch tonight at 11:30pm and the watch would not turn on, i would hold down the power button and no lights would appear and the heart rate monitor would not glow.
I did some googling and came across an article saying to hold down all three buttons on the device for 10 seconds and release once the versa logo is on the screen. I did this and the versa logo came on. It took about 10 minutes to boot up and when it did it stated the battery was 10% and the time was 16:36pm. After 15 minutes it finally showed the correct time and the battery percentage shot up to 100.
What happened here, what is the reason for my watch not turning on, it seems like a common issue on the forums.
Thanks, Natalie

Hi @NattW , sometimes it happens that when you drain your battery fully, I will not turn on, but once fully loaded it turn on again by itself. Therefore you need you Versa to be in the charger for about 2 to 3 hours. Glad to read that a restart, I assume that cause your three buttons method gave you no strong vibration and you did not need to setup your Versa all over again as a new device, which it is after a Factory Reset necessary, got your Versa up and running again, regards kuzibri

Hi Kuzibri,
Yes, it appears that the versa just did a hard reboot rather than a fresh set up!
Thank you for getting back to me!
