My Fitbit was working fine. Then, I woke up this morning and put it on my wrist only to discover it's not providing me with Reminder to Move notifications. Then, when I walk clearly past the 250 steps within the 10 minutes, it doesn't sync correctly to my phone. Then, I performed the troubleshooting problems, unsynced my bluetooth, then tried to sync it back together, which didn't work until I fanangled a few things on my end. Now, my steps were syncing and then stopped syncing. And I'm not sure what's going on. But, my app notifications on my Fitbit were disabled after an update. I'm irritated because I do work to get my steps in each hour and not getting the notifications frustrates me. It's one of the reasons I use a Fitbit.

@andigirl76 please try this:
The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.
Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Keep Alive Widget, Always Connected and All day sync are enabled.
