my Fitbit is not turning on, I put on charger turns on says it s 100 charged, stays on for 10 seconds to 1 minute then shuts off completely and wont turn on, anyone else experienced this??

Thanks for sharing those details about how it turns off. I'd like to help you get your Versa to work correctly.

 

I'll be moving your thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

The first thing I'd like to suggest is that you try to manually sync after it has turned on to see if it is actually turned off or if the screen is turned off only.  Additionally, I'd like to ask when did this start happening? Or if it has been like that since you got it?

Exactly I too face the same problem.

Fitbit Versa watch is not turning on. After I put into charger, it turned on and says 100% charged, stays for few seconds then shuts off completely and wont turn on.

 

I got my Fitbit Versa in 2018 ThanksGiving time in Kohls.

In first couple of months itself, the watch behaved differently.

The watch was not displaying anything.Couple of seconds, the screen showed some of the clock in top quarter and disappeared. Finally, I was asked to return the watch and I got replacement (Not sure whether it is new or refurbished).
