My versa died yesterday after a full charge, and once charged the touchscreen did not work. Later the screen turned to lines of color, and now nothing is working. I tried hard reset several times, no response. It vibrates when I push buttons, but nothing in screen.

Seems odd that your Versa is not responding at all, thank you for your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior to posting. I was informed by our Customer Support team that assistance regarding this situation was already provided, therefore, I recommend you to contact them back if you have any additional questions about the information that was provided by them to receive more information and details.

Hello, what was the solution that support gave you? I tried the hard reset and all and it still didn’t work for me. I finally called support and they are now sending me a replacement. Just curious as to what the solution they gave you.
