I've had my Versa for less than a year. Today I (barely) swam in the ocean but it did get wet and the screen went blank. Nothing comes on the screen at all amd none of the lights are on in the back. I've had it on the charger for more than a hour, but still nothing. Feeling very frustrated since it is supposed to be able to be worn to swim and now I am unable to track my exercise.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Edicello. Sorry for the delayed response.
I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa doesn't turn on after swimming in the ocean. Thank you for leaving it on the charger for more than an hour before contacting us. Your watch is swim-proof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters), so it shouldn't be damaged after been in touch with water.
If you haven't done it already, please be so kind to follow our troubleshooting steps to resolve battery issues.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us back at any time.
