I have tried charging, tried pressing the back button and bottom button, I have tried pressing all three buttons and not luck. It will not do anything.

@lindsaykober welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display and charging issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
