Help! My Fitbit Versa won't charge. I've had it about 3 weeks, and since then it's charged pretty well, but the last charge it went to 50% and then stopped charging and I haven't gotten it to work since. The watch works fine but the charger isn't doing its job, and now I can't use my Fitbit because it's dead. I've not taken the Fitbit swimming, but I've sweat a lot in it. It says it's water resistant so I wasn't worried. And I've cleaned the charger and made sure the connections are clean and dry. What else can I do? Do I need a new charger? Thanks!

Best AnswerClean the contacts with an alcohol wipe in case they have got greasy somehow and try a different USB slot or wall charger just to eliminate them being the problem. Try restarting it several times even if it doesnt seem to be responding. If none ofnthat helps, if you bought it from a shop, return it to the store. Otherwise you will need to contact Support (link in my signature) Let us know how you go.
