My Fitbit Versa battery ran out and the Versa shutdown. It now won't charge. When I press the left button battery shows zero?

Hey @NPalfreeman, great to see you around.

If your watch isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.
