Not Syncing/Error msg in different language

My Versa worked perfectly for about a month and a half, I recently got a new phone and set up everything up as I was told to do so. My Versa no longer synced to display when I received a message or phone call etc. Then it stopped syncing all together. I tried everything advised and then attempted a factory reset. I reset the fitbit, re-registered, and re installed the app etc now I can't even get to home screen of the fitbit, locked or unlocked. The only screen that shows when turned on or "woke up" is a bunch of words in a different language. It will not let me go "home" regardless of buttons I push, my only option is to read this screen with a different language being displayed across it repeatedly. HELP. I miss my Versa 😞

@HeydyF just wanted to update you! My versa is working again after getting an email from the support team and following steps provided! The only issue I'm having now is that when I get a notification about a msg, it doesn't display the msg or allow me to view the msg. It just says "new message now" when I tap to view it says I'm all caught up. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

Hey @mrc94, thanks so much for the update! If you are just getting a notification with "New message", and using an Android device, please try the following: 

 

  1. Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.
  2. Go to "Settings."
  3. Click on "Notifications."
  4. Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Preview Message"
