Hi
A couple days ago my Fitbit Versa went flat, so I put it on charge as usual, but it has been two days now and it is still not charging and is unresponsive, Not sure what to do now, followed the instructions online on what to do if your versa isn’t charging and tried to reset it, and had no success. just a blank screen :(.
Is there anything we can do. Please can you help?

In order to avoid providing the same information from my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried besides the restart process.
Also, let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
