Fitbit Versa won’t show map of bike route

I had the Blaze, I upgraded to the Versa recently.

Today I went for a 20km mtb ride and my Fitbit iOS app won’t show the map. I get a spinning icon and it posts my avg speed as something obscene 25069.3kmh avg speed. It also shows a map of the Atlantic Ocean. It also displays. ”not enough data available” 

No time in heart rate zones. Nothing. Isn’t that all stored in the Versa and uploaded?

Did you manually start the bike ride recording. and wait for a gps connection @TriJeff

I did. I’ve had some connection issues in the past tho. Sometimes I have to reboot the Versa.
