Fitbit Versa won't sync

My Versa 2 wouldn't sync, so I did all the trouble shooting. Uninstall/Reinstall App, Unpair/Pair Bluetooth, Soft reset. Nothing worked. The time even got knocked off a few minutes. Finally factory reset, now it says install app (which I've done) but it won't accept my device anymore. It's just showing the logo. What is going on with Fitbit?

I have just spent the last 2 hrs odd on chat with a fit bit dude and it turns out that my versa 2 is not fixable and i now have a replacement tracker on the way... i accidentally deleted my fit bit from my app and now it will not sync no matter what we did 😞

Thanks for your response. Fitbit is gonna try to repair my watch. If this
is not possible, I will get a replacement or my money back. Sucks, cause
the watch isa just 1,5 years old
