Fitbit Versa won't turn back on

Today, I noticed my watch was not tracking my heart rate and it would not scroll over to other app pages so I restarted my fitbit thinking it would fix it. That did not work so I turned it off and turned it back on. That did not work so I did a factory reset. After the factory reset, my fitbit turned off and now will not turn back on. It's been over 5 hours since it has turned off. I had 77% battery when it turned off so it shouldn't be dead even though my battery has been draining unusually fast with no change in activity. This is very frustrating when my watch is only about a year old.
