My Versa was on 35% charge this morning however mid way through the day it was off and will not charge or turn on. I have tried the reset suggestions but it will not turn on.
Mine is on 100% and won't turn on. Came up with the logo on then turned off. Won't do anything. Popped it on charge and just shows the logo but won't do a thing still
If it's still under warranty call customer service, they can walk you through the steps to get it back up and running, if not. they may just give you a new one. It's worth a shot to call them. You can tweet them, too.
