Fitbit Versa won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa stopped working today. This morning the battery was around 60-75% and was shut off before noon, maybe 5-6 hours later. When I got home, I put it on the charger for 30 minutes and nothing happened. I have tried the factory reset multiple times and nothing is happening, holding the buttons for over 30 seconds and nothing happens. This Fitbit isn't even a month old. Please help. Thank you!

@Taylor07 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After trying those steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on after unplugging it from the charger.

Thank you for your help my friend @NellyG!

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
