Hello, i just got my brand new versa lite for mothers day (5days ago) and it stopped working properly yesterday. It stopped turning on so i thought maybe it needed to be charged up even though it was at 70%. It just stays black most of the time, when i charge it the screen shows a screen on top of a screen with 2 different overlapping times. When my phone rang it staued on the incoming call screen until i put it on the charger again and now its just black. This is extremely agravating as i haf the charge 2 and had a replacement for that before. These trackers are very expensive but serm to be made really cheaply. Very disappointed in this purchase🤬😕

@LMo79 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa screen is not turning on even when charging it.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the restart process that shared @Marrrmaduke.
In addition, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it.
