Hi there! I've enjoyed my Fitbit for two years. A few days ago, the battery was low so I charged it. Now, it won't turn on. I've tried holding the back button along with the down button; I've tried holding the two side buttons, I've even tried all three. I've changed ports, I've wiped the charger with a clean cloth as well as the Fitbit. The green lights on the back will light up once I take it off the charger.
Please give me advise as to what to do.
