Versa had a charge of approx. 60% then shut off and I can’t get it to turn back on🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

I had that same issue and after talking with support she had me reset to get it to turn on, by holding all 3 buttons down until the Fitbit symbol showed up, and then make sure all updates have been downloaded. It worked for me, hopefully it can work for you too!!
