I am having trouble for two days setting up my fit bit I can not even get the time on it

Have you down loaded the fitbit app?

If you have then:

1  Tap the top right rectangle icon.

2  Then scroll down the screen till you see setup new device.

  3 Tap setup new device.

 4  Select your device type.

5   If your phone is connected the device is neaarby and on it should display a code. type that into your phone then fallow the setup steps.

Hello @Ethel12 may I ask what type of computer or phone is being used to set up the Versa?

At what step does the setup process fail and so you get any errors?
