Hi, do I understand you well that your Versa has rpblems with updating to thee newest Firmware Version? If yes, see these instructions:
"
1. Prepared your Versa carefully before starting the update, e.g. switched the clock face, if you use a third party one at this moment, to one of Fitbit itself, and charge the Versa fully.
2. Take your Versa out of the charger and rebooted it and put it back in the charger and connect it to your PC/laptop. Also make sure that your mobile device/Fitbit app and your Versa are connected to Wifi during the entire procedure by plugging your MD in your laptop and leaving the Versa in the charger, go to settings in the Fitbit app and to Wifi settings and click on connect to network.
3. Once it says connected, start the update.
4. Reinstall your usual, "third party" clock face if necessary.
5. Go to settings, about info on your Versa (Fitbit app showed it already) and when it says you have version 32.331.30 the update succeeded. Hope this helps.
