Fitbit Versa

I currently own a Fitbit Versa, I had the Fitbit blaze prior and another Fitbit before that. I signed up since 2015. My question is, my app tracks my exercise, but it does not log it on my workouts. It says that my last workout was in November of 2018. None of my new workouts get logged and I can’t see the new rewards I have collected. I tried restarting my app. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and still nothing. I would like to see my entire history if possible. Thanks

@AngelVee You mean the workouts you start manually on your Versa? When was the last sync (open fitbit mobile app, tap on versa icon, and scroll down to the sync section)? What's your phone model and OS? Also, which Versa firmware version and fibit mobile app version are you running?

Hello, thanks for your response. I have an iPhone XS Max version 12.1.4
Fitbit app version 33.1.30
My last sync was last night. I deleted the app an reinstalled it. I downloaded it also on my computer. It updates my workouts and I can see it on the dashboard, it just does not keep a log of it. I can only see logs from 2015 to Nov of 2018. My old friends comments show up but my new friends don’t show up. It’s a mess. 😕

@AngelVee Can you see the history of workouts (i'm assuming that's what you're referring to as logs) on Fitbit.com?

Yes, I can see history. But only from Nov. 3 2018 and prior when I click on weekly exercise. I was able to manually put yesterday’s workout on there. It does not do it on its own anymore.
And notifications are not coming in anymore
