When I try to access anything on my watch it comes up with large orange dot on every function. Cannot do anything  in the function.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

As in the link @SunsetRunner posted, you would hold the left and bottom right buttons until it hopefully restarted.

No sure if I will attempt that again as that was when I got error message
with a red X saying data not cleared. Took me forever 😭😩😩 to get it
