Can you advise when the major uk banks will be added to enable use of the wallet. The banks on the list, I haven't even heard of. Such as shame as one of the reasons I purchased the versa 3

What is it that you want Fitbit to do @Patrick_SD?
If it was me, I would call the number on the back of the card and ask why have they chosen to support Apple Pay and not Fitbit Pay.
Both Garmin and Apple suggest calling the bank and let them know you want the respective services.
Fitbit will not be able to help if they do not know what bank. You might want to search the feature suggestions, your bank may have been suggested. However, the bank, not fitbit, has the final say since the bank adds fitbit pay. Fitbit is unable to add a bank. This also goes for Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, Google Pay, etc Pay.

Hi @AndreaRich - It’s up to the banks to decide if/when they want to work with Fitbit. It would be best to contact your bank and let them know you would like to use their card(s) in the Fitbit wallet.

This is the same answer that both Apple and Samsung give to their users. please contact the number in your credit card and ask them to setup fitbit, Samsung, Apple Pay.
Everything is setup on our end and it is now up to the banks.

Very frustrated with Fitbit pay.
ive tried to add 5 different credit cards to my wallet on my Versa 3 and none of them are accepted.
That is a very poor acceptance rate for Fitbit pay and basically makes that feature useless to me.
meanwhile my wife’s Apple Watch takes all 5.
Fitbit needs to put some priority on this if they want to remain competitive.

I'm afraid AndreaRich and Carol-b have both got it wrong, Fitbit advertise in Europe that they accept the Revolut debit card, but when you try to add this card it says it's unsupported, why are they advertising as acceptable a card that they then refuse.
A very Frustrated,
Mike Casey

Was it refused by fitbit, or the bank? Did your bank tell you that they accept fitbit pay?
