I'm having the same issue. I did sync my tracker to the app on my computer by connecting my versa charger to the computer. Unable to sync to app. Wish I'd never updated to i0S 13 beta.

I was having an issue with DB4/PB3, but FitBit put out an an update a couple of days ago and everything working now.
