Recieved a Versa 2 for Christmas. I have an LG G6 and have been having constant issues with recieving notifications, weathet updates, and just bluetooth connectivity in general. I have done the following to remedy the syncing issue:
Uninstall + Reinstall Fitbit app
Toggled bluetooth in all states of battery life and device setup
Restarted phone and versa 2, just versa 2, and just phone.
Removed and re-added versa 2 to the app
Even gone as far as a factory reset of my mobile device.
The only method that has worked for more than a few hours has been the factory reset of my phone. There mustve been an update recently because as of a few months ago my bluetooth connections to my car stereo, my bluetooth headset, and portable speaker have been extremely spotty. With the fitbit app installed on my G6, I experienced constant pausing and cutting out while playing music and the inability to stay synced to my Versa 2. With the app installed on my PC instead of my mobile device, not only does the watch sync properly, but my phones connection problems ceased.
Please fix the bluetooth stability of your app. I would like to use my Versa 2 to its fullest capabilities, and with out it hindering my connection to other devices.
