Fitbit app isn't displaying my heart rate nor sleep data correctly

On the watch the heart rate is accurate, but in the app it says that I have spent 14 hours in fat burn and cardio zone...when I didn't even exercise that day. It is also not displaying the proper sleep data.

 

I have already turned heart data off, synced, then on, synced again.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in to the Fitbit app? Is your Versa syncing without any difficulties? Have you experienced this before? Did you manually log any exercise earlier today?
