Fitbit app not steadily syncing.

I don’t think it’s my Versa. I get credit for hours active on Versa, but not on Fitbit app if it happens in the last few minutes. I think the all day sync doesn’t work on the app. I have to open the app and refresh it before the hour is over. Not every hour, but at least one in 5 days it happens. Frustrating.

I am not sure this will work, but give it a go and let us know how you go. Try uninstalling the app, then reinstall and log back in and see if it helps. It might also be worth trying restarting your Versa several times in case it is the Versa that is causing it.

Done all of those things. It may not be totally compatible with the Versa yet. Just a thought.
