Fitbit app not working

My Fitbit app hasn’t been working. It takes forever to sync to my watch now after last update. Also doesn’t load once I click on a subject (sleep, food). Please fix this ASAP.

For IOS uninstall the app, restart the phone and reinstall it and redo notifications setup.

 

For Android 

In phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

 

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]
