Fitbit competition not accurate steps (versa)

I have 14,500 steps so far today, however in the workweek hustle its only showing 10,000.  Anyone know why this would happen?  The time is not an issue.  Same time zone.

If you manually logged any steps, they do not count in challenges.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am having the same problem. Not trying to count manually entered steps. The step totals from the watch don't match the leader board results.
