Versa is counting two and three steps for every one step I take.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hi @Diane62, although I don't know exactly what is going on, I would recommend at least doing a restart to see if that helps.

@Diane62 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the steps accuracy issue that your Versa is experiencing.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the restart process that shared my friend @DramaQueenDiva.
