I've tried reinstalling my fitbit app and deleting and re entering my card and still get music up when holding the left button

Hi thanks for replying I get screen wake and notifications but I'm having issues with the bluetooth on my versa as it wont pair with my phone headphones now , last time I used my earphones was yesterday and that is when the trouble started I've now impaired everything , re installed the app on my phone and removed and re entered my card details.Thanks Dave
