Fitbit died!

My Fitbit Versa started not holding its charge for more than 2 days. Then it just seemed to die - won’t charge in the charging cradle at all despite using different power outlets and adaptors. The green lights on the underside flicker briefly but I cannot get anything to appear on the screen. Any suggestions?

Hi @Bulldozer  It is not sounding good, but try restarting the Versa several times and have a look at THIS  Help Article on charging problems in case it is a charging issue. If nothing helps then contact Customer Support and hope they can help.
