Fitbit doesn't sync with my mate

Hi, I got a mate 20 pro and fitbit won't sync with the watch, it's getting really annoying if fitbit doesn't help me with this I'm moving to Garmin

It seems that the Mate 20 Pro is not on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so you may not be able to fix this and the Garmin may be your best option.

@SunsetRunner I encourage you to check this thread out. There's a fix for Huawei phones proposed by another user @czandor I'm not sure it will work for you, but perhaps it's worth a shot. Good luck!
