Sorry to hear this @Kinadickerson . You are likely past the warranty but it may be worth contacting Fitbit Support. They may offer you a discount on another Fitbit device.

@Kinadickerson Not that changes much your situation but I think you don't have a Versa 3, rather a Versa 2 or 1 as the Versa 3 has been release in August 2020, less than one year ago and so still under warranty.
