Fitbit getting calls but not texts

My Versa 2 will not vibrate or notify when receiving texts. It does vibrate with calls. Notifications are on. I disconnected it from my iPhone. I unpaired it. I removed the app. I’m not sure what else to do. I powered it off as well. Many times. This was one of the main reasons I bought it...to receive text notifications.

Hi @ALG2020 and welcome to the forum. Which phone do you sync to? Is it on the list of supported devices? Once we know that, I’d be happy to try to help troubleshoot.
