Fitbit icon stuck on screen

 so my fitbit was running low on battery, I put it on charge and when I can back to it a few hours later it was stuck on this screen. I've tried resetting it by pressing the 3 buttons. The screen goes black then just goes back to the fitbit icon. Help!!!

Do a proper Restart and do it several times if necessary.
