Fitbit inaccurate syncing

Fitbit versa syncing but missing data. Worked out this morning and tracked the exercise as I was doing it on my Fitbit versa, ended the exercise and on Fitbit versa it says 63 active minutes but this isn’t showing on my app on the home screen? No matter how many times I sync, everything else appears the same except active minutes and weekly exercises

Are you asking about active minutes missing @Rebecca412 or about a missing exercise?

Not knowing which tore off phone that you have, could it be an iOS device and are you seeing this known error?

 

As for the auto sleep detection error I would first try a restart or a complete shutdown of the Versa.

 

As for your exercise, which mode did you use? Did you manually start the tracking out let Fitbit decide?
