I have restarted my phone, uninstalled to install Fitbit again, turned my phone off then on, used different Wifi connections and when trying to log in to Fitbit on my phone it says it's unavailable.

To better assist you and further investigate, can you please share with me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using to sync your Versa?
