My Fitbit got wet and seems to not be working right anymore. I had it on, it got wet while washing my hands as regular, then i noticed the watch face died. So, i dried it off and plugged it in to charge. I just went to check on it, and notice that now the watch face just blinks the blue fitbit logo. It won’t do anything else. I thought it was supposed to be waterproof, especially just for washing hands. If i could get some assistance for this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Washing hands, unless the stream is to strong should not have bothered the unit. As for being water proof, no you will not find this term in any documentation.

It has been against the law to use the term waterproof since the 1960's.

Your tracker is rated to be good for 150 feet while in perfectly still water with a very slow descent. This generally means rated only. For shallow swimming, no diving, no hot tub jets.

My suggestion would be to countact Fitbit through the link found in the top right menu.
